From April to October you are welcome to  check in immediately after getting off the bus, taxi, or car. A convenient way without having to queue in the departure lounge at the Curb-Side Check-in gate at Vienna Airport. This gate is located at the departure level between Terminal 1 and 2 and is open daily between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. depending on the local weather conditions.

This service is available for:

• passengers of all Star Alliance flights holding an Austrian- or Star Alliance Business Class Ticket,
• Senators of the Frequent Flyer Program Miles & More and 
• passengers holding a Star Alliance Gold-card as well as HON-Circle passengers.

This convenient form of check-in spares you the effort of having to carry heavy suitcases through the terminal – you can unhurriedly park your car and leisurely walk to your designated gate. Infront of the Curb-Side Check-In counter, 2 reserved and specially marked parking spaces are availble for the duration of check-in. 

Due to security reasons Check-In for flights from Vienna to the US is only possible inside the Terminal building.
