Are you travelling with luggage? We are offering baggage drop off zones in Austrian Business Class check-in as well as in Economy Class Check-in area at Vienna Airport. Simply hand your baggage in at our "bag drop" counters in Terminal 1.

You are using Austrian Web Check-in but departing from another airport than Vienna? Walk directly to the Austrian check-in counter marked with "drop off" or an Austrian Business Class check-in counter to collect your boarding pass or drop your luggage. Then relax for a while in one of our lounges or walk directly to your departure gate.

NEW: Austrian Airlines and City Airport Train (CAT) are offering reduced tickets for all Austrian guests using Web Check-in. Here is how you get your reduced City Airport Train (CAT) ticket:

• use Austrian Web Check-in, print your boarding pass or use our mobile boarding pass service
• buy a reduced CAT ticket at one of the automatic maschines in any CAT station
• reduction (€ 7,50 instead of €10) valid for the day of departure, oneway or return

• If you did not receive your ticket invoice at the time of booking, you can print it out together with your boarding pass.
• If you're travelling with luggage, you'll get your boarding pass at the airport from the staff at our check-in counters or one of our Quick Check-in machines.
• You can check in online for direct, return and connecting flights.
• You can use Web Check-in to rebook to another flight – provided your purchased ticket permits rebooking at no additional charge and there are seats available in the relevant fare class on the alternative flight.
• You're not flying after all or have rebooked to another flight? You can also use the Web Check-in facility to check yourself out again.

• access to a PC with an internet connection and a standard printer,
• a confirmed booking on an Austrian scheduled flight.
