As HON Circle member or Senator you are our most important customer.  In order to give you our highest attention as well as privileges and preferences we would like to invite you to our Lounge, whenever you present a boarding card with an Austrian or Star Alliance flightnumber - valid for the same day -together with the Senator card. You may bring a guest in as well, who can present a boarding card with an Austrian or Star Alliance flightnumber - valid for the same day - as well.

In our Lounge you have time to relax or to prepare your next important business date.

Our Senator Lounge is located at Vienna Airport - Pier West. Our highly trained, friendly lounge personnel are always happy to provide you with help and advice and offer you efficient service, which is both prompt and professional. You be given information about flight plan, connection flights, flight times etc. Check-in service is also available for transfer passengers whose luggage has already been checked through.

We take care of your well-being and offer you a selective range of snacks and dishes created by

DO & CO as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (Austrian wine and sparkling wine, etc). You are warmly invited to choose from our range of snacks. These delicious dishes are available all day and – tastier still – are free of charge.

The range contains e.g.

• fresh fruits
• yoghurt with granola
• scrambled eggs with grilled tomato
• apple-celery-creme soup
• gazpacho
• typical Austrian "Erdäpfelgulasch"
• salad with feta cheese
• choice of desserts, e.g. mousse au chocolat
  

All of which will enable you to simply withdraw to a quiet corner of the lounge to manage your e-mail in comfort over the W-LAN there.

Time flyes by when you chill-out in one of our broad relax-chairs and enjoy unprecedented sound- and image- quality with the 42" wide plasma-screens by LOEWE or play on of the various new games we offer with SONY portable playstation.

Furthermore you can of course take advantage of our wide selection of national and international newspapers and journals. You can also catch up on the latest international news on TV.

The Austrian Senator Lounge at the Pier is a smoke-free zone. Guests who would like to smoke will have the opportunity to do so at the public smoking facilities (nearby Gate C62).
