A harmonious interplay between preparation, taste and visual presentation of the dishes is a key aspect of Asian cuisine. That’s why we have our Japanese meals prepared by master-chefs from the Unkai Japanese restaurant at Vienna’s Grand Hotel, who have won numerous awards for their gourmet creations.
What’s more, our Japanese meals are served on original tableware designed especially for Austrian Business Class by the traditional porcelain manufacturer Noritake Japan.
