In an effort to maintain and improve the high-value quality of its ticketing services, Austrian Airlines levies a ‘Ticket Service Charge’ for issuing a ticket in Austria.

The level of the Ticket Service Charge is staggered and depends upon the type of service:

You purchase your electronic ticket (etix® )
online Europe/Middle East and longhaul -
Redticket	10 EUR
All other fares & Redticket combinations	15 EUR

You purchase your ticket

at the CallCenter, a city ticket office or an airport ticket office
electronic ticket (etix®) 45 EUR

	Preparation of the Electronic Visa (charged per Passenger)	30 EUR / person
