In an effort to maintain and improve the high-value quality of its ticketing services, Austrian Airlines levies a ‘Ticket Service Charge’ for issuing a ticket in Austria.

The level of the Ticket Service Charge is staggered and depends upon the type of service:

You purchase your ticket
online Europe/Middle East and longhaul
electronic ticket (etix®)*	10 EUR
a paper ticket	18 EUR

*Only possible where route selected is etix®-capable. 

You purchase your ticket

at the CallCenter, a city ticket office or an airport ticket office Europe/Middle East		at the CallCenter, a city ticket office or an airport ticket office Longhaul
electronic ticket (etix®)* 35 EUR		electronic ticket (etix®)*      45 EUR
paper ticket                     43 EUR		paper ticket                          53 EUR

*Only possible where route selected is etix®-capable. 

Whenever you make your booking online, you will pay less than when you book through the CallCenter, a city office or at the airport!  You can travel far more economically by booking online and going for an electronic ticket!

	Abo Ticket issue	100 EUR /person
	Ticket Replacement (lost/stolen/damaged document)	100 EUR /person
	Arranging a Pre-Paid Ticket (charged per Passenger)	43 EUR / person
	Preparation of the Electronic Australian Visa (charged per Passenger)	30 EUR / person
