We would like to advise you that, despite the quality mark and applicability of the law governing eCommerce in accordance with §§ 5a of the KSchG (Austrian Law of Contract by Remote Sales) the right to claim rescission of contract does not exist in certain cases. This lack of a right to rescind a contract as determined by the Law of Contract by Remote Sales applies in particular to services in the field of transportation where the company commits itself to provide the service at a specific time or within a precisely determined period of time prior to concluding the contract.
