If you are travelling with an etix­®, you can also check in comfortably from home. This is possible from 18.00 onwards on the day before your departure. To check in this way, you will need to provide the Miles & More or credit card number you gave as identification when making your booking. In just 2 clicks, you are checked in. You can collect your boarding card at the Quick Check-in or departure gate at the resp. check-in deadline the latest.
To Web Check-in

You can check in at City Air Terminal in Wien Mitte for your flight before getting onto the train (CAT) in town, drastically cutting down your time spent queuing at the airport!
During CAT operating hours, there will be three check-in counters and five automatic check-in machines (four with baggage deposit facilities) available for your use at Wien-Mitte. Please observe that check in of bulky luggage is not provided. For more information as well as tickets for the train click here.

As a Business Class Passenger you check in at a dedicated Check-in counter. That way quick service is ensured. 

As one of our top frequent flyers, you have the right to check in rapidly at special check-in desks in Vienna: between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, a zone dedicated to your needs awaits your arrival! HON Circle members, Senators and Star Alliance Gold members need only present their card upon entering to begin saving themselves time and effort before takeoff.

HON-Circle members, Senators, Frequent Travellers and Business Class passengers with hand luggage can check in from the lounge.

As a Business Class passenger, if you should find yourself in a particular hurry, you are also welcome to check in directly at the gate (up to exactely 30min. before flight time).

As a Business Class passenger, you can check in and reserve your seat by telephone. This can be done up to 24 hours prior to departure with no problems. As a HON-Circle or Senator, this service is also open to you if you are flying Economy Class. The Telephone Check-in service is available to you 24 hours a day. In case you would like to check in any luggage, please observe the regular Check-in times in order to get your boarding pass!

Want to walk onto your flight without a care in the world? From 24 hours prior to departure, you can check in, deposit your luggage and reserve your seat at any one of our special ‘Day Before Check-in’ counters. These counters are open from 14.00 – 16.00 and from 20.00 – 22.00. The service is available for all flights departing from Vienna.

You can now check in quickly and simply using the Quick Check-in terminals located in the departure halls of all Austrian airports. This service is now also available at many international airports. To take advantage of the terminals, you must be travelling with an ATB ticket (featuring a magnetic strip) or etix® (electronic ticket). Quick Check-in is not possible for flights to the US.
At Vienna Airport you can use the Quick Check-in Terminals even if you have luggage to check in!
