Reservation:
- Passengers/ agents will make reservation with Austrian Airlines at delrr@austrian.com & bomrr@austrian.com or through telephone
- Austrian Airlines will forward the reservations (for Delhi & Mumbai) by email to crs@avis.co.in atleast 12 hours before the arrival/ departure of the flights.
- Avis reservation desk will confirm reservation within 6 hours of receipt mentioning the reservation confirmation number.
- Avis will provide a dedicated ‘Reservation desk’ at Delhi to process Austrian Car Requests from Delhi & Mumbai. This Desk will be available on 24 hours basis every day of the week and manned by professional executives.
Changes:

Any changes (cancellations/ additions) of reservations need to be sent atleast 6 Hours prior to the Reporting time of the chauffers.

In case of any last minute addition, Austrian Airlines team in Delhi & Mumbai will call the ‘Reservation Desk’ and subsequently follow it with an email. Avis reserves the right to deny requests for any addition depending on availability.
Car/ Chauffer Details:

Car/ chauffeur details will be sent on daily basis 2 Hrs prior to the Reporting time.

SMS can also be sent simultaneously to the local team of Austrian Airlines & also to the guests for whom contact numbers have been provided to Reservation Desk.

Chauffers may contact passengers for reconfirming the time of pick-up if their contacts have been provided
Estimated time of arrival/ departure:
In case estimated time of arrival/ departure is different than the scheduled time provided to Avis, Austrian Airport Teams will advise Avis Reservation Desk.
Process/ Review Meetings:

Avis & Austrian Teams will meet before the start to discuss and fine tune above process and change if found necessary

There will be Review Meetings on the 1st working day of every month at Austrian Airlines Offices to bring up issues/ necessary changes on both sides
Visibility for Austrian Airlines:

Chauffers for arrival pick-ups will carry ‘Paging boards’ with Austrian logo and name of Passenger

Austrian Airlines will provide Austrian signage (1.5ft x 1ft) to be placed on the windshield and Austrian In-flight magazines to be placed in the cars used for pick up/ dropping of Austrian Airlines Group passengers

Duty Execution :
Cars will report at the international Airport or the pick up location in case of departures 15 minutes prior to the pick up time. Our chauffeurs will get the Duty Slips signed by the guests once the duty is over. Based on that our Billing team will generate an invoice for submission.
Cancellation:
All cancellations should be intimated to the Reservation Desk at least 2 Hours prior to the Reporting time. In case a reservation is cancelled within 02 hours of reporting time, Avis will apply Delhi/Mumbai City Transfer charges for such cancellations.
Passenger No-Shows:
All passenger No-Shows will be charged at 75% of Delhi & Mumbai City Transfer Rates.
Billing:
Avis proposes to submit the Invoices to Austrian Airlines Delhi/Mumbai office on a Fortnightly basis. Invoices from 1st-15th will be submitted by the 20th of every month & 16-31st will be submitted by 6th of every month.
Payments:
Austrian Airlines will make the payments of these Invoices within 15 days of Bill Submission; the payments will be made centrally in Mumbai.
