What are your benefits of using AirManager?
|
 |
|
- Register in AirManager and select your profile date. This profile can include details such as your special meal, preferred departure airport, seating request and Miles & More number.
- Additionally you have the possibility to enter your Miles & More pin code, to see your mileage status in your AirManager account.
- Once you created your Log-in you can set up traveller profiles with data like travellers frequent traveller cards or special meal preferences.
- As a company you have the possibility to organise your company - assign departments and associate department travellers or specific (company) credit cards to it.
- Since the profile automatically transfers all passenger data from the system whenever you make a new booking, you can make bookings quickly and remove the need to repeatedly re-enter personal data.
- For payment you can use either your (company) credit cards stored in the profile or enter a new number.
- If you regularly book the same flights, you can create templates to reduce the amount of time spent making future bookings.
- At the time of ticket confirmation you can creat an Outlook calendar entry which will be sent to your email address. Then you can enter the flight dates to your calendar.
- Retrieve booking statistics for all AirManager bookings online via AirManager. You can specify by travel period or traveller/departments.
