Please note: This form is not an acknowledgement of liability and will be used to search for your luggage manually, e.g. comparison of content.  Failure to comply many result in total loss of your luggage and deny of possible compensation.  Please submit completed form to Austrian Airlines together with necessary attachments as reflected on the form.  Incomplete forms cannot be accepted.
