If you are travelling with an etix®, you can also check in comfortably from home. This is possible from 18.00 onwards on the day before your departure. To check in this way, you will need to provide the Miles & More or credit card number you gave as identification when making your booking. In just 2 clicks, you are checked in. You can collect your boarding card at the Quick Check-in or departure gate at the resp. check-in deadline the latest.
To Web Check In

The traditional way to check in is at the airport counter. If you want to check in at the Check-in Counter shortly before your flight, please do be aware of the Check In Times. If you are departing from JFK or IAD, please be at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure. Please note that check in closes 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our ground staff will of course be happy to answer any queries about your flight at any time.

Want to walk onto your flight without a care in the world? From 24 hours prior to departure, you can check in, deposit your luggage and reserve your seat at any one of our special ‘Day Before Check-in’ counters. These counters are open from 14.00 – 16.00 and from 20.00 – 22.00. The service is available for all flights departing from Vienna.
