Select your seat, travel straight to the airport with your printed boarding pass and use it to go directly to the departure gate.  Alternatively, you might enjoy a relaxed coffee in one of our lounges.

Attention:  For Passengers originating in the US, Austrian Airlines offers web check-in for OS operated flights departing from our New York (JFK) and Washington DC (IAD) gateways only.   Please inform yourself here for which flights you can check-in online and print your boarding pass.

NEW: Austrian Airlines and City Airport Train (CAT) are offering reduced tickets for all Austrian guests using Web Check-in. Here is how you get your reduced City Airport Train (CAT) ticket:

• use Austrian Web Check-in, print your boarding pass or use our mobile boarding pass service
• buy a reduced CAT ticket at one of the automatic maschines in any CAT station
• reduction (€ 7,50 instead of €10) valid for the day of departure, oneway or return

Step 1 "Identification": Please identify yourself with surname and identification number given when making the booking (credit card number, M&M member number, etix number or booking reference number).

Step 2 "Flight selection": Now select the flight you would like to check-in. Then confirm this selection.

Step 3 "Check-in": Here you can check-in, select a seat, check-in baggage, rebook or check-out.

Step 4 "Confirm Check-in process and print boarding pass": here confirm check-in and print your boarding pass.
